Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Organize the execution of construction works in accordance with project documentation, building codes, specifications and other normative documents;
• Ensure observance of the technological order of construction works on site;
• Make an application for construction machinery, transport, mechanical equipment, materials, constructions, components, tools, equipment and ensure their efficient use;
• Keep records of completed works, prepare the technical documentation;
• Prepare scope of work for subcontractors and take part in the acceptance of completed work;
• Issue allowance for works execution in the exclusion zones;
• Give production tasks to foremen concerning construction, assembling and commissioning works, control of their implementation;
• Give instructional advice to workers on site about safe methods of work;
• Provide usage of technological equipment (construction staging, protective devices, pit walls and trenches mounting, guide casings and others), construction machinery, power plants, vehicles and means of workers protection;
• Control of the standards of goods movement, order and cleanliness in the workplace, passages and access roads, proper maintenance and operation of crane runway, providing the workplaces with safety signs;
• Organization of warehousing and safety of the stock of materials and capital equipment in the object;
• Control of safety engineering and elimination of the defects, violation of industrial sanitary rules, observance of labour protection instructions by the workers;
• Control of the workers’ observance of production and labor discipline;
• Organization of the staff training and character building.

Essential requirements:

• Age: 25-35 years;
• More than 5 years working experience in a similar position;
• Construction higher education.
• Experience in realization of large-scale projects from the starting stage to the commissioning;
• PC skills: basic computer user skills (MS Office). Good knowledge Auto CAD, АrchiCAD and AVK is preferred.
