Volodymyr Ogai

Director

Volodymyr Ogai graduated from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. He has more than 12 years of working experience in building industry. Mr. Ogai began his career as a foreman. In 2002 he was employed by Izobud company and already in 2003 promoted to the position of Deputy Construction Director. In 2006-2010 Volodymyr Ogai headed Izobud construction engineering company. He has systemic experience in business process management, deep knowledge of construction management and science of law. The construction and reconstruction projects of office, industrial, warehouse and residential real estate were successfully completed under Mr. Ogai management. Among the objects there were: UMC central office, New Channel television company office building, industrial and administrative buildings of Edaps consortium, Kyiv Slavonic University, Silver Breeze block of flats, Solotvyno speleological centre, two-section 9-storey block of flats in Boryspil, Saint Intercession Golosiivska pustyn monastery, gated residential community in Puscha-Vodytsia and many others. Since October 2010 Volodymyr Ogai has been appointed the head of SOLID Construction Company.

Oleg Mazurkov

Head of Project Engineering Department

Oleg Mazurkov graduated from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. He worked for state, private and international design and construction companies. He has gained 20-years experience of design. Mr. Mazurkov began his career as the Design Engineer at Energoproekt Kyiv Institute. Then he led the strength assessment laboratory of State center of nuclear and radiation safety, design departments of private companies. Mr. Mazurkov worked as the member of Ukrainian and international working groups for expert estimation of nuclear power objects safety and took part in commissioning of Hmelnytskyi-2, Rivne-4 power generating units. From 2007 Oleg occupied the position of Сhief Project Engineer, Chief Designer and the Head of Design Department in Ukrainian branch of KESZ Holding Zrt. (Hungary). He led project documentation development for the industrial objects like Nestle, Dunapack, Fornetti, Roshen. In February 2011 Mr. Mazurkov joined SOLID Construction Company team as the Сhief Project Engineer and a few months later headed the Project Engineering Department.

Grygorii Davydov

Chief Technology Engineer

Grygorii Davydov graduated from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. He obtained the degree of Doctor of Science (in Engineering) and became the inventor of 12 innovations in technology of building materials and construction. During 18 years Mr. Davydov was working as the Chief Engineer in the Construction administration of Kyiv military district. From 1996 he occupied different leading positions at construction companies, headed the design company. Grygorii Davydov participated in the construction of residential, industrial, military, social real estate, roadways and military aerodrome (Uzyn, Kyiv region; Kanatovo, Kirovograd region; Dolgintsevo, Dnipropetrovsk region; Pryluky, Chernigiv region; Chuguiv, Kharkov region). From 2004 to 2005 being the Deputy Director at A&T Company (residential real estate “Diplomat Hall”) he was responsible for concluding the supply agreements, contractor’s agreements and organization of engineering supervision. From 2005 Mr. Davydov occupied the position of the Head of the Board of Directors at Ukrainian financial company, ZAT. Since August 2007 he has headed the capital construction department at Compass Development. In 2008 Grygorii Davydov was appointed the Chief Technology Engineer of SOLID Construction Company, where he carries out the technical and technological support of objects.

Victor Kotvitskyi

Chief Engineer

Victor Kotvitskyi graduated from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. He has 30 years experience in construction management of residential and commercial real estate objects. Mr. Kotvitskyi began his career as the Foreman at Construction company 6, Trust «Kyivmiskbud 2» in 1981. From 1998 he worked as the Chief Engineer for Autospetsbud Ltd., then for Korbud company. During three years Victor occupied the position of Site Supervisor at Elitinvest company. In 2005-2006 Victor was the Head of Avers construction company. Then he worked as the Chief Engineer for NS-Ekstrimbud Ltd., Budinvestindustriia Ltd., Kyivmiskbudmonolit Ltd. During his work in construction field Mr. Kotvitskyi took part in building of the following objects: The computing center of Ukrainian State Planning Committee, high blocks of flats in Kyiv and Boryspil, civil objects. In 2009 he joined SOLID Construction Company team as the Chief Engineer.

Denys Mikhaliuk

Head of Occupational Safety Department

Denys Mikhaliuk graduated from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (specialization "Construction Occupational Safety"). He has more than 7 years of professional experience. Denys started his career as the Assembler at Aerobud company, one of the leaders of the Ukrainian construction market. From 2005 to 2011 he worked as the Occupational Safety Engineer for Corporation-T, Berkut, Inteksbud, Monolitgrad, Admir-al, where he was engaged in the development of safety standards and control of their observance on construction sites including objects of high risk. Throughout his career he controlled the occupational safety during the construction of Silver Breeze block of flats, Parkove Misto residential complex and many other multi-storey apartment houses located in Kyiv and its satellite cities, Yalta, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Sevastopol, Lviv, as well as during the construction of commercial real estate objects. In 2011 he started to work for SOLID Construction Company, heading Occupational Safety Department.

Anton Zabashtanskyi

Head of Design and Enginnering Department

Anton Zabashtanskyi received the degree at Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, the architectural faculty, then finished the postgraduate study. For 16 years Mr. Zabashtanskyi worked at Kyiv Design Scientific Research Institute, occupying a range of positions from the Architect to the Head of Department. In 1996-1999 he worked as the Chief Project Architect for Y. Lositskyi’s architectural studio. For two years he was the Chief Architect of leading exhibition company Autoexpo, UPI Group. Since 2000 Mr. Zabashtanskyi occupied the position of the Chief Project Architect at the design bureau of President’s Administration, where he developed interior design and working documentation of government buildings, working projects of residential and public buildings. Anton Zabashtanskyi occupied an executive position at Lagoda Design project design studio, worked as the Chief Project Architect for LYZENZiARH, one of the leading Ukrainian architecture studios, «ADS Ltd» architecture studio, Compass Development. In 2010 he headed the Design and Engineering Department of SOLID Construction Company.
