Alexander Kardakov, the famous manager and businessman in Ukraine is SOLID Construction Company shareholder.

Like many other businesses of Mr. Kardakov, the construction business was planned because of prosaic reason - the lack of professional companies working in this branch.

At the time of Incom Business Center development and construction Mr. Kardakov made an unpleasant conclusion: if you want to get a high-quality product, take an active part in the process by yourself and control all the contractor’s steps. Realizing that a huge quantity of companies have the same problems and being skilful in management and new business start-up, Alexander decided to establish the company providing services in the construction branch on brand-new quality level.

In addition to the new staff SOLID Construction Company involved the specialists who created Incom Business Center (it was launched into operation in 2003) and other objects so that they are still up-to-date as regards the concept as well as the quality.
